What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Dispute resolution

We had a dispute with Advanced Power and had a difficult time getting in touch with anyone to resolve the matter. When someone did reach out to us, he took responsibility for the problem, gave us choices on how to resolve the matter, and was honest about how the mix up began which is all I could ask. We had always been happy with their service and work in the past so we were happy the issue was handled and will continue to do business with the company.
