Advanced Public Adjusters Inc. complaints

Greg Micucci, owner and President of Advanced Public Adjusters was hired by me in 2018 to handle my property at 20 -61st Street, 1st floor, Sea Isle City New Jersey 08243. Mr. Micucci "worked on my claim". Supposedly until 2020. He stopped returning my calls in September of 2020. I never received a penny of the $120,000.00 to fi and repair my home that was flooded by the 2nd floor neighbors. The damage included all the Sheetrock to be replaced. A brand new kitchen to be installed and one of 2 bathrooms to be rehabilitated . The electric had to be reinstalled as well as all the plumbing. I would call Mr. Micucci on a weekly basis. Once he stopped taking my calls, I started with the insurance company and then their underwriter who told me I had signed the $120,000.00 check for my home to be repaired. I NEVER signed anything. Mr. Micucci forged my name and kept the $120,000.00. I had this home for 28 years and loved it. We were 2 houses from the beach. Because the repairs couldn't be made, I was forced to sell my home in 2021 because it was uninhabitable. I am still due these monies. He was never entitled to keep the entirety of the $120,000.00 claim. There were two additional claims to be submitted, which he never accomplished. No one should ever be subjected to what I've gone through with Advanced Public Adjusters and it's owner Greg Micucci. He is a thief and a liar and illegally forges client's signatures to checks, especially a substantial check. Resolution Sought I want my $120,000.00 with interest and penalties from 2020. I want it known through BBB that people should not use his services.
