This place can not provide me with evidence that I was parked incorrectly or in a spot that deemed towing necessary. They took my credit card into a dimly lit room where I could not see. They double parked my car and took over 30 minutes to have someone come out and move the cars so I could leave. They have a long history of negative online reviews where people have made similar complaints. Resolution Sought I would like Arlington in general to crack down on the predatory actions of towing companies. It is ridiculous to be towed from your own home at 2:30 in the morning and then have to pay the people you didn't ask to take it $165 to get your car back. Especially when you already pay $100+ every year for a parking pass!!!!
