I took my truck to get my transmission fixed was told 2 day turn around, a week later I finally got it back, paid $2031 went to drive home and didn't make it! So took it back a few days later and he fixed it again then 2 weeks later it was messed up again so I took it back and the owner Steve tried to put the blame on me and I told him if u would have fixed it right the first time I wouldn't be he for a 3rd time and he immediately stormed off and under his breath called me an a-hole and went back inside and slammed the front door of his business! Resolution Sought A refund would be nice or at the least a serious reprimand.

Company states: The first thing Mr Matthews left out is he showed up a day late for his appointment. This Rose are scheduled off so yes he got bumped back. The second thing he left out is yes we have a blue thing happen (a snap ring came out of its seal). I have built thousands of these transitions in only seen it happen twice! Mr Matthews saw fluid coming out and kept driving the vehicle till it wouldn't move! It clearly states on our warranty that we are not responsible for "transmissions run low on fluid". Despite this and despite the fact that he calls me over 10 hours of work by not pulling over when he saw the leak I fixed it under warranty. The third time he came in there was nothing wrong with his transmission and yes he was being a total a******!
