Customer Complaint

Went to clinic on 1/19/25 to get a replacement on my dogs eardrops that are non prescription, the receptionist had us waiting for over an hour- she then told my husband once the dr returned from lunch she would let him know that we need the medicine. They did not need dr approval since they are not prescription. She stated we had to have an appointment, but we told her we have been coming here for years and they sell it to us over the counter. I asked to speak to the dr and she said I could not. She stated we had to have a prescription or that we could purchase online. My husband was asked to wait outside for that entire time. Finally the dr came out and we were able to ask for the meds and he stated he would get them. The receptionist stated to the dr my husband was being rude, and made him wait outside an additional 40 minutes. She then finally came out and gave us the medicine and stated that they will no longer see us as patients in the clinic. Resolution Sought To allow us to still be patients with our dog like we have been for years.
