The dealer at the top sold me a piece of no good junk of a car. 2015 Chevy equinox. He said there was nothing wrong with the car. He lied to me the tire sensors all 4 were bad. Then the next day the engine light came on. I've had this piece of crap too 3 different garages they all told me the motor was about to blow up I've only had it about a week. This so called company should be shut down. He said at first i could have anything on his lot i have good credit. But then changed his mind and said new carlise same business. Resolution Sought Take their crappy cars back.

I called the dealership yesterday because I haven't received my title to my vehicle and it has been 47 days. My 45 day tag is now expired and I can't get tags without a title. When I spoke with Nick yesterday, he told me to call the bank. I called the bank. The bank said that they didn't have my title because there was still a lien on the vehicle and that they would have it in 5 to 7 business days. They also said I was able to take my little piece of paper that they had given me to the BMV to get another 45 day tag. I went to the BMV , two days in a row and they told me both days that I was not able to use that paper. I had to have a title and they do not issue two 45 day tags. I called and made a police report. I also went to the dealership today to speak with one of them to see how I was able to get either a 45 day tag or my title because my tags are expired and I'm unable to drive my vehicle. I want to know if this is because I have looked it up and in the state of Ohio you can sell a vehicle with a lien on the title as long as you produce the title within 30 days, I have been waiting for 47 days to receive my title. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to give me my title or a 45 day tag and be a little bit more compassionate about peoples frustrations and understanding of why I was upset.

We have received correspondence regarding a complaint issued by the customer regarding the Memo Title to the vehicle she purchased from Advantage Car & Credit. Capital Auto Credit is the lienholder on the purchase. On May 17, 2024, we were able to secure the lien on her purchased vehicle and delivered the title to the dealership where she purchased her vehicle. The dealership advised they handed the Memo Title to the customer directly that day. This issue has been resolved in accordance with the Customer's Desired Settlement. Sincerely, Brian E.
