Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I got a loan on October 24, 2021 for 1450.00. On September 15, 2021 I paid 1500.00. I called and asked for a payoff. I was told 78.81 would pay off my loan which I paid on October 1st. Now Advantage is saying I owe $469.00. Resolution Sought Close my loan with the 1578.81 that I already paid them.
