What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Satisfied with Company Response

I was very pleased with the support from the BCA resolving my complaint. The Company causing my concern in turn responded quickly through direct contact. A mutual agreement was reached and I am able to close out my concern. Appreciation to both sides for resolving my complaint.
