Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The toilet broke and flooded the downstairs bathroom. ADVANTAGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is making assumptions that toilets DON'T break and are charging me as the tenant for damages and the cost of the replacement toilet. They charge the tenant for anything that becomes inoperable or breaks. If I or anyone in the property breaks or damages anything, I will pay without kickback. But I was @ home when this damage occurred. I shouldn't have to pay for maintenance on every thing that goes wrong in the property., this is unfair. Reporting maintenance issues is a hesitation because I will have to pay.for it to be fixed or replaced but I know I have to. This is a very old property and things break. I pay rent timely and the maintenance costs should be covered from that. I need to dispute the charges and not be retaliated against for the dispute. Resolution Sought Reverse the charges in good faith and not retaliate against me due to the dispute
