I booked a rental car with the company for 5 days and i gave the counter agent my DL & my credit card. He asked for my car ins and its expiration date. I said Geico with the expiration date but HE DID NOT asked to see a copy of my insurance. He offered me add'l services such as Collision Damage Waiver which i declined and he offered daily toll service which i accepted. He quoted me a total for the rental and the daily toll fees, i accepted, signed the rental agreement on the signature pad and then i left the counter. He did not give me a receipt for the rental as i assumed, at this time and age, everything is done by email. Upon returning the car, i received an email with the bill and to my surprise, the company charged me extra of $124.95 for the Collision Damage Waiver. I called (800)777-550 & spoke with Jevona . I complained about the extra fee & She told me that i did not provide a personal car insurance therefore i was charged 24.99/daily for CDW. I told her that the agent at the counter did asked for my insurance but never asked to see the copy of it. She explained to me if the customer failed to provide or does not have their own car insurance, then they would impose the Collision Damage Waiver. Again, i told her i told the agent that i have insurance and I was under the impression that everything was good on my end until i received the statement with the extra charge of $124.95. She also told me that i signed for the CDW for which i denied signing for it. Thanks. Resolution Sought Refund the $124.95 i was unknowingly charged for the Collision Damage Waiver service. I told the counter agent my insurance and the expiration date but didnt ask for the policy number nor even bothered to see the copy of my insurance. With that said, i was under the impression that everything was good on my end and theirs. Until i saw my rental statement after returning the car. I want my refund of $125.95. Thank you so much.

Good day Our signature pad, explain step-by-step for any services that you opt to add on. The first option will show the collision damage. Waiver was accepted with the total charges . The customer confirm that she signed the contract via the signature pad. Customer cannot move into the next screen until they agree and initial for the additional services they elected to add. For customer to only an email with her told her up on Return is absolute not true computer generate automatic email on contract is opened. We unable to refund Insurance up on Return because customer already used it if customer wants to remove any insurance customer must return to the location as informed when they speak to our call center For us to check the car, then remove the insurance we unable to remove the coverage over the phone .

I got the rental car on 12/4/23 and was suppose to have until 12/7/23. I took the rental car back on 12/5/23 because of a fish smell that had been in the car when I got it. They were super polite and apologized for giving me the car in that condition and gave me a different car. When I return the other car on 12/7/23 I received a a detailing charge for $300 dollars and 31.95 in extra fees. They had already charged me $122.48 for the rental when I first checked it out. In total I was charged 454.43 . I spoke to a manger through emails and told me that they found water under the seats and that's were the smell can from. I explain I had this car for one day before returning it and you are claiming I put water under the seat and that's why it smelled. I asked to speak to someone over her and she said that it was forwarded to her supervisor and that I'm still not going to get a refund because everything is no refundable. Resolution Sought I want a refund back if 331.95!
