Purchase my leased vehicle that was still under manufacturers warranty. I also paid for extended warranty then decided instantaneously I didn't want the warranty. I was told by the sale person at Advantage Toyota in valley stream NY that the money was paid to Toyota financial and that the refund check from Toyota will be mailed to me . When I call Toyota financial say they did not get any money from the said dealer for warranty payment, need a full refund of my money without delay .The sales person is giving me a runaround . Resolution Sought I need my refund for the extended warranty that was canceled before it even came in effect.
