In July 2021 a Margaret Wright from Ocala went to the ER. They pulled my medical records (I live in Deland) by putting her info on my records they broke the Hippa law. Got that all straighten out. Now, this April they have again broken the Hippa law by putting her blood work on my medical records again. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. I have had to freeze my credit get a company to monitor my credit all because of this stupid mistake. My portal has been locked up since April and they will not let me have access to my medical records which I need for further procedures which I might need. These medical mistakes have been going on now for two years and needless to say I am beyond frustrated. Resolution Sought Get my medical records right and stop making mistakes, is this too much to ask???

My husband has been very depressed and suicidal due to extreme stress. I finally called to Baker Act him. The deputies and the ambulance staff agreed to take him to Advent for a 72 admission. I was not with my husband but got a call to get him as he was released. The ER staff coached my husband how talk to the psychiatrist to AVOID being admitted. That was just wrong. I trusted them to get him seen and treated n for 72 hours. Resolution Sought I want the ER staff reprimanded or fired as my husband might have died because of their unprofessionalism in not doing their jobs.
