I joined this group with knowledge that I would meet people my age. After attending an event the people there were 20 years old than me. I immediately initiated cancellation. The billing dept refused to let me even though I am dissatisfied with service. They continue to harass me and forbid cancellation. They've put my account on hold. I plan to never attend another event and I don't plan on paying. I just want this cancelled. I don't need a refund I just want it canceled. Resolution Sought To cancel my membership

On May 17, 2024, I paid $2275 to Events and Adventures company in exchange for access to the singles events around the metroplex. These events were advertised as accessible, available, and fun where singles can mingle. All the events are no where near me and scheduled in the peak of metroplex traffic, so not accessible. Secondly, most events ARE BOOKED and not even available. I was told that I would be allowed into the events regardless which is absolutely not the case. Some events are just directly canceled but that's okay because they were full anyway. I have not scheduled any events. I cancelled my membership and would like a refund for the months I did not use. Resolution Sought Refund my money
