Would love to see this nurse terminated and replaced with someone else that is willing to do the job correctly.

Doctor Katina R. Hope working for Advocate Health Care located at the Beverly area at 9831 S. Western in Evergreen Park Illinois is not completely doing her job on helping paitents. She has simply put me off without giving me proper medical care, but still bill my health care insurance.
