We have had the light company out . We have excessive monthly bills 502 this month .starting out 334 .00 ending at 502 .00 with all there add on charges .this is every month. We have replaced water heaters washer dryer refrigerator freezer . Yet our bill never gets better . Resolution Sought My desire is to have our bill within reason and the charging a 178 .00 extra a month is absolutely ridiculous and killing working people. I think indiana Michigan power needs investigated . If this is happening to us monthly its happening to others .

The manner and policy that is being used for consideration of who is charged deposits is unethical and double dipping. The company takes the highest balance and uses it to calculate the budget amount. I say this because their policy states that if two late payments occur that a person will be put on a deposit. The deposit is calculated by the two last bills (which if someone is late, the bill will have the current and past due amounts). Why are they not using the usage for the last two months of usage (not bills that include the past due amount)? This is an oppressive action that causes people who are already having issues paying their bill to be forced into disconnects or other payment issues. Resolution Sought Fix this deposit policy! Fix my account. Raise this issue to the regulatory committee
