I need help getting back my money refund 736.20 from Aer Lingus. I was supposed to travel on 20 of May 2023 but due to health complications I could not travel on the date scheduled because I was recently diagnosed with 2 serious chronic diseases and my doctors have to monitor them well always, I have a very high blood sugar and am suffering from HIV. I was trying to call the Aer Lingus to tell them that I would not be able to travel due to the risk according to my Doctors and I was not feeling well but none picked or answer my calls and I called several times, but I didn't succeed to speak with customer service on the phone before my scheduled date. When I decided to use the ticket for my trip last month and I want to connect the flight they refused to connect me saying that my money is expired and forcing me to buy another ticket which I don't have the money as a Graduate student struggling with life and health, someone who is not employed and living on the public assistance. They refuse to give me back my money. Please, help me and get back my money from them because these airlines are quick to say that your money is expired and you one has to purchase another ticket as if one has a tree in my house that produced money for me. They are embezzling people's money a lot and they are greedy and wicked. I need help and they have to refund my money. $736 will help me to buy some supplements and meds my health insurance doesn't cover and I will buy good foods that heath needs. Resolution Sought I want refund my full $736.20

Consumer states; Hi Aer Lingus. Please, kindly send back my money. The money is never in the hand of the Agency/Priceline. According to the investigations I have made with agencies and airlines and other law enforcement agencies they confirmed/affirmed that the money is usually with airlines and not agency. Please, kindly return my money because I am very sick with serious chronic diseases and suffering and frustrated. Please return my money to take care of myself. You didn't offer me any service and you dont have the right to keep my money. I have copied this email to the agency/Priceline. Aer Lingus will return my money because you guys can take any cent a poor and sick person has and put in your pocket this greediness and inhumanity. You guys have to figure out who is going to reimburse me, I need that money because my insurance doesn't cover my daily prescriptions.
