I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing situation concerning a transaction involving my uncle. A Home Wellness Consultant with Aerus LLC. On 10/16/2023, Mr. Jones, knocked on my uncle's door and sold my elderly uncle a Beyond Guardian Air Purification system. Unfortunately, the circumstances surrounding this transaction have raised significant concerns that require immediate attention. During the sales process, my uncle expressed difficulty in understanding the contract due to his limited reading abilities. Despite this, Mr. Jones proceeded with the sale without adequately addressing my uncle's concerns. My uncle communicated that he was on a fixed income and payment would be a financial constraints but he would do is best if the payments of $90.00 would be due on the 25th of each month, a request that Mr. Jones agreed to but failed to fulfill. There's been multiple calls to both Aerus and Mr. Kevin Jones requesting the retrieval of the equipment, regrettably, both the company and Mr. Jones have steadfastly declined to take back the Beyond Guardian Air Purification system. Despite assurances from Mr. Jones that he 'would personally bring the money to my uncle for the accrued late fees,' no such payment has materialized. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the handling of sensitive personal information during this transaction. personal email address, to conduct business. Resolution Sought I would like the following: 1. Acknowledge the dissatisfaction with the product and facilitate the return of the Beyond Guardian Air Purification system. 2. Cooperate with Synchrony Bank's investigation and ensure that any erroneous charges are rectified promptly, and a full refund is issued for the money that was paid out of pocket. 3. Restore of credit to its previous status and remove the charge of $3209.99 associated with this transaction.

Company states; Mr. Smith made the purchase willingly with a cancel period of 3 days. At the purchase he requested a particular due date based on his earnings. Kevin explained that with Synchrony Bank financing we cannot choose a due date. The bank will process the sales, assign a due date and notify the customer on the 1st statement. If that due date is not good, it can be changed one time per calendar year, but the customer must call and make that request. Kevin set an appointment to go by and help with the request but when he called at appointment time, Mr. Smith was not available. When the due date was not changed, Mr. Smith received a late fee. This is when the displeasure started. Mr. Smith came by the store accompanied by his niece to return the merchandise and it was not received because it was passed the 3 day cancel.
