CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

AES updated their system and I was on a budget. They doubled my budget amount and I called and emailed them telling them I want them to check their meter and math because there's no way 1 person who is away from home 12-13 hours a day could use that much electricity in a 865 sq ft / story home. I have been recovering from a stroke and I sleep most of the time I am home. They lied to me when I ask for papers copies of my bills showing how they got the charges. They said they mailed them but I have a keyed mailbox and I talked to the postal general and he said no one in my area had complaints about missing mail. I asked them several months ago to take me off budget billing because they couldn't get it right yet instead of doing what I asked they just continued to add the budget amount each month. Now the inflated bill is so high and I tried to make an arrangement and am told I wasn't eligible. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income that's why I was on the budget. Resolution Sought I want my bill corrected and reasonable payment arrangements do resolve this. No more budget billing. I bought oil lamps and candles I will sit in the dark and budget myself.
