They are over charging our account and no way to contact a human being to solve these problems. Straighten out the issues I'm having, I'm just trying to keep my mother's power from being cut off, the cut out off and told me the bill was 198, I paid it and then it went from 198 to 800, then when they cut it back on, the bill went to 1600 over night as the power was off, how is that possible? Then I can't get a human on the phone to straighten out the matter, please connect me with a human ASAP to solve these issues . Resolution Sought I'm just trying to keep my mother's power from being cut off. Please connect me with a human ASAP to solve these issues.

I have paid 750 electric bill last month. Now, I received an electric bill for over 600 this month. The only people living there is me an my wife. I feel like i am being over charged for the simple fact being i run 3 ac units all summer long and don't think i had a monthly bill over 300. can someone please investigate? Resolution Sought To have a normal bill and to be reimbursed the money I have been over charged and to not have a bill more than my rent.

Thank you for inquiring about customer’s concerns regarding their high bill concerns. AES Ohio’s records show from previous conversations with our customer service representatives and further account review for his complaint, the customer was advised that the current alternate CRES supplier, Smart Energy, rate is 14.7 kWh compared to AES Ohio’s current supplier rate of 10.9 kWh. Our customer enrolled with Smart Energy as of 11/03/22 until 03/03/23. Usage appears to be historically in line and our customer has already requested to change to previous CRES supplier, Energy Harbor, with the next meter reading date of 03/03/23.
