As an emergency room visit should not be billed to a medical emergency recipient. Under medical health care and under a fixed social security disability income should not be held or be held accountable for medical bills when they are of an emergency. This insurance company never paid for any other service because Aneta was a terrible company to provide medical insurance. The only one thing I used that was useful during coverage time was the emergency room. Resolution Sought Dissolve the medical bill in question. Payment made by Aneta in full covering this medical bill.

We filed for reimbursement of a heavy duty 4 wheel Walker on Jan 5, 2024 which was originally denied but was reversed on appeal on 4/25/24. The reimbursement check for $81.59, which was the agreed upon amount, was never received. I contacted Aetna in Oct and was told they had a problem in April processing my check. I was never contacted about the problem they had and when I spoke with someone there in Oct was told the check would be processed within 2-5 days and a check received! I'm still waiting to receive this check and would like your help in contacting Aetna to send it to me. I had spoken to a Jeff in the appeal branch. The phone number is 866-234-3129. Claim number M0628313601. Member ID is 101281617200. Resolution Sought Receive a check for $81.59 as promised as soon as possible!
