This is the worst experience with the dental insurance ever.

I do have work done on the same tooth and they keep asking each time for x-rays explanations like they cannot go back and see that everything was submitted several times already. It is literally avoiding to pay the claim. I wish we had other options for dental. I will better be without any dental next year than going through this experience. Do their job.
