Affirm encourages all customers to make payments on or before their scheduled due date. While you will not incur late fees, late or missed payments may impact eligibility for future loans with Affirm. If a payment becomes 30 or more days overdue, some loans originated prior to April 1, 2025, may be reported to Experian as delinquent. All repayment plans originated on or after April 1, 2025 are reported to Experian along with associated repayment activity, and loans originated on or after May 1, 2025 are also reported to TransUnion. Affirm may report to additional credit bureaus in the future. If payments become more than 120 days overdue, Affirm may refer the loan to third-party collection partners, and once a loan has been charged off, the charge-off status is irreversible.
Per Affirm Terms of Service, transactions can only be disputed up to 120 days after the loan confirmation date. After reviewing the information available, we are unable to open a merchant dispute for the loan since this transaction occurred on November 24, 2025, it is more than 120 days ago, it is not eligible for a dispute review at this time.
