I bought mystery bags from afflictions clothing in the bag upon arrival I got doubles of the shirts which I had emailed them about prior in the past and said that would not happen if it did to contact them so I contacted them I solely wanted an exchange for two shirts so I no longer had doubles of the item they sent me the postage to send the items back and said they would fix it I sent them all the paperwork they needed and the two shirts one of the shirts had came without tags which happens often when you order through them the other one had its tags the shirts arrive at their facility and they say that the clothing is under returnable because it is in a unbrand new state which is a lie as soon as the clothes came to me and I realized the mistake I contacted them and put the clothes in a box so that nothing would happen to them until they were mailed out so they deny me my exchange or any kind of way to rectify the situation send me back my items close all the tickets and will not respond to me I have pictures and emails and all that documented things that you need if you all need them also upon arrival of the package the shirts that were doubles were stacked on top of each other which makes me wonder if they knew what they did when they returned my package I inspected the clothing I have pictures of that it looked exactly the same way it did when I sent it it had no orders other than a warehouse smell which is their facility. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to either get an exchange on these two shirts of return store credit apology something because I do love this company and this is very upsetting.
