Poor customer service!!

Got an estimate for water issue saying I needed a new water tank and pump. Found out all I needed was a new filter. Owner bill threatened me via text with bodily harm and harm to my property after I told him I got a 2nd plumbers opinion. Called sheriff. Called Ohio dept. of health and found out company is not licensed to work o work on private water well systems. Close his business for good.
