Bought a car from Affordable auto. Finance company is C & F Finance. About 1 month after I bought it, the engine was leaking oil. I got 3 estimates and they were between 5 and 7 thousand dollars to puta new engine in. Cannot fix the engine. Has to be new one or a refurbished one. I don't have that money i just bought the car! Neither one would help me. I even know the owner of the car dealer. They came and got the car. Resolution Sought Take it off my credit.

The complainant bought this vehicle in July of 2021. She bought it AS IS with no warranty. She allowed her daughter to use this vehicle for a Uber eats delivery and Door dash. The daughter did not maintain oil or anything else as far as maintenance if the complainant would've kept the car to herself and been checking her fluids this would not have happened.
