This was at first a convincing idea well so decided to buy a 2013 Dodge Journey from Affordable Autos at 1000 down and 250 a week which however is way more than what you pay for a new vehicle a month so because I needed a vehicle to get my children back and fourth to the doctors I did it well I got behind on my payment then they said they was going to come get it so I talked to them again they had told me on the phone they would hold off so I was in Knoxville they didn't call me or come in and tell me instead they took my vehicle after stating they would wait because I was going to pay that day. I called them crying my eyes out the man was rude he charged 300 fee for his men there to get it and it was only a 10 minute drive so a stranger took me to the lot I had to pay $850 to get it back well the other day they came to my family's Buisness starting on me was in my vehicle and was trying to take it rite back said im behind well I called law enforcement & provided receipts to the men trying to take it well then they pocketed my receipts till my family that owned the Buisness made them give the receipts back then law enforcement got their I provided them with it but because they had the tow paper work it was a civil matter so I was told to file a complaint. I called and asked if I could make the new week payment & keep it the man said no im not taking a payment from you wait till it gets here & you can get it so 300 more dollars fee for it plus said I have to pay the vehicleOff Resolution Sought I ran out of space up top but I'm not the only one this has happened to they're others. I'd like this place to be closed down or fined . I have asked for the so called banks number also the man wouldn't give it so they ripped me off and left me and my special needs child / children without a vehicle . I'd like my vehicle back at owing 2k only on it and payments 200 a month or id like my 1,850 back to get my children and I a new vehicle also I law suite with them& they're video footage of all .

the dealer stole the new Interstate battery I bought, when I confronted him, he locked the gate so we couldn't get out and charged us 100.00 to open the gate, he charged 120.00 f0r a two dollar key (no chip) made me sign a paper that i wouldn't call my credit card co, about the theft Before he would open the gate, I can't prove he stole it but the vehicle was setting there for days, I didn't sign a paper I wouldn't call my card co, about the 100.00 I put in dispute I dont know what all the charges were but part was the taxes, we paid him 940.00,,taxes were 500.00, tow 300.00 (which he had no business towing the car, said the payment was late, not late but no receipt,,) his business practices are anything but honest the vehicle had a bad battery, he refused to jump it off so I had to go buy jumper cables,,(it wouldn't start although it had a NEW battery when he towed it) Resolution Sought I want to be reimbursed for the wrong charges
