I took my truck in for break repair march 17 and my payment for repair was 530 dollars no receipt,. With 400 dollars down,and a week later mechanic is staying extra repairs of 450$ more dollars. My truck is older and I'm getting the response that it's hard to find the parts I'm needing, especially when these parts exist at orieleys automotive. I am still waiting for return of my vehicle with more excuses about repair, and all this for a break problem. I feel like I'm being unfairly charged for work not needed and today is April 11 and I'm still getting a run around about issues I have no paper work or receipts for. I am making my complaint ahead of time because as a cash paying customer something is not right, plus I'm still waiting with shop changing parts without my consent or written approval. Resolution Sought Be honest and upfront on repairs and stop giving me excuses that it's another problem, or they can work with me on rising price, I'm now unaware of. It's affecting my progress to get to work.

Company is currently working on the truck. Customer himself has searched for the part that is needed and he couldn't find the part. Company has pictures of parts that customer has sent to see if it's the correct part but it's not available, this is an old truck. Customer has taken that truck to several shops and no one can fix it. Company is trying to help customer as much as they can, they are not making up excuses, customer knows that the parts cannot be found. Company is being honest and upfront with what the truck he needs and does not understand why customer is filing complaint. Company will continue to try and help customer.
