Lied about taking my insurance and were rude about it!

I called them and the first thing I asked them was do y'all take my insurance they asked me what insurance I have. I told them and they said yes and would I like to make an appointment and I said yes, so they made me an appointment. My daughter and 3 grandchildren drove 30 miles to pick me up and then we drove another 35 miles to get there in Denton. Then we filled out the paperwork and then sit for one hour just for the lying scum bags to tell me that they didn't take my insurance and was very rude about it. File a report and tell anyone that enquires about them what kind of people they are there wasn't any reason for them to do what they did to me.
