Car dealership advertised a mercedes Benz S500 online as a one owner car. I was told by the salesman ,(Samuel Onyebuck that the car had low miledge because it was driven by a minister who rarely drove the car and mostly on Sunday. Because the title was exempt, I inquired as to why? He said because it was an older car more than twenty years old. I drove the car on Sunday and heard a very loud noise. I didn't feel safe so I went back home. Also the mats had been taken out of the car and replaced with cheaper mats. I contacted Sam on Sunday about the problem. He said someone had moved the car and to come by on Monday. He was contacted prior to my coming by and advised me to take the car to a mechanic. The estimate came to over 2800.00 I had the mechanic speak with him to let him know the problem is a bad timing chain, When I got to the lot, he was not there. I called him twice but no answer so I called the police. Resolution Sought The car was returned to the dealership. He offered me 200.00 which is not acceptable. He used deceptive practices to sell the car. The carfax report states that the car has had six owners, has front end damage and the mileage exceeds mechanical limits. I need the business to return my money. All of it. I am 77 years of age and feel that I was taken advantage of, I would never buy a car with six owners. These people are scammers with terrible reviews.

We did have a meeting with the customer and the conclusion is the car is hers and has already been processed and submitted to the state, Tag and Title has been processed to go to her. Of Course we are expecting Mrs King to make arrangements to pick up her car from the premises. All cars purchased are "AS IS" as such there will be no refund. We allow customers to test drive and make a decision on their purchase which she did any other complaints are not our responsibility especially when due diligence was done on our part. We appreciate you reaching out. Thank you
