BCA's Summary and Analysis:

We have received a significant number of complaints against this company. In at least some cases, the complaint allegations are very serious.

Complaintants generally allege that the company telemarketers misrepresent the offer as insurance or misrepresent the benefits or that provides with accept it in their area. Some customers state that they attempted to cancel but that the company would not cancel or refund their fees paid. Others state that they failed to receive the card and materials or did not receive it within the 30 day period to evaluate it. In at least a few cases, the customers who followed the company's cancellation policies reported not receiving refunds or having their accounts drafted for more fees. Many complain that the company is difficult to reach that often when calling that they only receive recorded messages, and despite leaving messages, they fail to return them. One customer said they made an appointment with a participating physician listed on their website and was told by the him that they do not provide discounts as claimed in ACH advertising.
