They are very unprofessional. Everyone has been late on a bill before but they take it to the extreme and come to your doors beating it down with hammers. They never try to help customers out even if you tell them what the situation is that you going through. Why make so much chaos over furniture that is used and dirty when you finance it. I just don't understand. Resolution Sought Refund me for that dirty used couch. Plus they stole my throw pillows that I bought for it.
