I scheduled a move with the company in August for the 28th. I paid for the move and they told me they could not move me and would return my 175.00 and he has never returned my money. He stop communicating with me. I reach out to U-Haul and they told me they are not responsible and that Sam Jackson should be returning the money. I reached out to him again and he said call your bank alto get the funds. I asked why he could not send me the money as he had promised at first. I have given him my address to send the money to and he still refuses to send my money. I don't think it's fair that he got paid for a job he didn't do and I had to pay someone else and I am out of 175.00. Resolution Sought I would like my money returned.
