Plumber came to my house to do repairs. He left the valve open and water running. The water was all over the bathroom floor, came through my living room sealing and destroyed my hardwood floors in the living room and dining room. Emanuel Kelly refused to deal with me until i had a estimate from contractor. He refused to take my calls and stop responding to my text. My house is a mess because of him. I want him to give me the money for the damage and mess he created. Resolution Sought I want him to pay for the damages that he did to my house. I tried to work it out but after texting back and forth, nothing has been done. He hangs the phone up on me when i call. He left 400.00 on my counter the day he destroyed my house; i ask him to keep it because that is not enough to fix bathroom floor that he destroyed.
