I signed up for solar with Affordable solar, roof and air and was told by there reginal manager Makanaokeakua Macera that we did not need battery backup since we have had the unit installed we have lost power twice for short periods we have expressed our unhappiness and called the company many,many times and still have not come up with solutions and have since been told that even with the battery back up that if the fol grid is down we will be without power. The whole reason we decided to go with solar is because my husband has oxygen and a bi-pap at night and we were told that we wouldn't be without power Resolution Sought I would like the company to come remove their equipment from my roof fix where the equipment was attached to the roof to ensure there will be no damage or leaks and adjust the contract to reflect only the air/heat unit that they installed
