I have a 2 year guarantee with the company for a bore care treatment for termites. The guarantee states that if any other signs of termites would schedule a technician to come and address the problem. I been attempting to schedule a technician for a month. I spoke to Dennis and Vince who are managers and stated they would contact me to schedule a day. I have had no one call, text, voicemail. I been patient and understanding due to the pandemic but there has been no communication from either Vince or Dennis. Resolution Sought I would like refund for the services due to company not upholding their obligation and poor customer service.
