Cory gave me estimate for 2 1/2 trees (13"diameter & less) to cut and 1 limb to cut on side of home..All total of $640...Have copy of text agreement of what expected as well..When guys came (whom does great work) they finished 2 1/2 trees & called Cory who directed them to meet him for lunch..While they had Cory on the phone, they decided it was too wet to drive truck to side location of limb needing cut...lead tree guy while still on phone with Cory and asked him to advise about the limb..Heard them both say and assured me that they wouldn't s*t me and will come back soon as its dry enough to get to it..I took his and their word that theyd come finish job as quoted...Lead tree guy got off phone and asked for $600 and said again they be back soon to cut limb for the other $40.. Well he made no effort to return to remove limb for the other $40 I was quoted and assured they would handle after they got money and left.. had to call several times tring to reason with Cory about the limb they didnt remove, he just talk so fast ignoring fact that he said he would and now say they couldnt come back for that little money $40. I only agreed to total job $640 because it included getting rid of that dangerous limb on side of home..Tried to plead with Cory again recently and he only ignores me..I even texted him copy of our agreement of services and his only reply was "What!" Neighbor and other Tree Services warned me about him..Said theyd come get cut tree sections too but They di Resolution Sought Want the other Tree Limb side of Home to be Removed as quoted and agreed to for the $40..Would not have paid $600 if know he wasn't coming back..The limb on side was just as important to be removed as others..the agreement was $640 for 2 1/2 trees plus limb on side
