Cancelled Order

After waiting over a week for an order confirmation or shipping notification, I cancelled my order. I cancelled it in writing and prior to it being shipped out, like how the company requires, and they still proceeded with it and did not stop or refund the order like asked.

Hello, I'm sorry you did not receive your order confirmation. Sometimes order confirmation e-mails end up in you e-mail spam folder. That might have been the case. Undfortunatley by the time we contacted the manufacturer to see if they could stop the order, it had already shipped. At times, these issues are out of our hands. Best Price On The Lamp.

I did a purchase a lamp from them. I did not keep it, but I did appreciate the fact that they were the best price on the lamp and that they had free returns. So as I said, the lamp actually did not work out but they did honor the return process. I will say that the return process was a little slow but hey, it was free. I would definitely shop with them again.
