Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

After being hospitalized and having a surgery I contacted Aflac to pull from my short-term disability. I've had to follow up with Aflac due to them not responding or communicating. After calling several times I've gotten different answers and responses from each representative. After getting to my doctors office for follow up visits I've sat with the doctor's assistant to ensure it was sent off and correctly completed. Aflac still denied my claim. I've called and asked how I could help even while trying to recover. Here we are almost 2 months later and I'm still being denied with the excuse of not receiving the he paperwork from the doctor. Resolution Sought Pay me the money that's due to me. This money has come out of my check faithfully bi weekly and now I'm here sick and getting sicker due to not being able to pay my bills.

I am insured with Aflac short term disability accident hospital and life insurance I got hurt at my job and suffered a fractured foot I filed an accident claim and sent my mri and doctors appointments and was compensated for my accident claim. I'm also out of work have been for a month and a half and filed for temporary disability and also presented documents from my doctors verifying this . Aflac responded to me the documents were unclear later they threw out the claim. I called them they then added that I needed a letter from my job which isn't in the contract for short term disability or any other of my insurances. Clearly if you paid me for accident noting that my mri read fracture you know that I would be out of work healing. I pay my insurance on time and every month expecting that Aflac would honor its contract in the event that something happens. Resolution Sought I would like for Aflac to honor its contract and pay me for the days I've been out of work without adding things that wasn't in the contract also to deal with its customers with integrity when their in need
