Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am being forced to go through Aflac through the Connecticut paid family leave act dashboard to collect my money while I am taking child bonding time with my son that was born in September. I am taking 2 months off. I started filing in December way before. My time was actually up as far as taking time off every week. They come up with something else that they need as far as paperwork. Despite everything that I've submitted, no one ever calls me back. I never hear from the case manager. The information that I get from every customer service rep is inconsistent and then wrong by the next person that i speak to. It's going on a month and a half after I needed my money and I still have not gotten it. Resolution Sought I want my money that is owed to me through the state of Connecticut. This is not right. This is criminal. I am owed this by law

This company has done nothing, but lie and put my life in kaos. Since said cancelled my only policy I knew i had of disability, they kept mailing me statements, asking for payments and i had tried talking. Emailing and complaints to find out I had life insurance policy they were deducting what was in my account the premium of 98 dollars and then finally after many months I was set straight it was my money showing in the good and had 1200 left and id have to to do a cash surrender to finally cancel and yet was told all would go to me unless the 98 premium. I was just told i get 60.00 this account was paid on from 2017 thru 2021 and they made me believe it was for all the months they didn't get. Well they never explained it was setup. So for my policy they took out and wiped it out, but they did me so poorly and lied and when i cancelled my disability i said i want all closed and this money i put in to was being dipped into. This company never is honest and I want what they denied me of but never addressed it correctly or properly. I feel violated.do i need a lawyer Resolution Sought I want what i put in and they stole.
