Called to get my ac serviced due to it not working due to condensation accumulation , set up appointment for July 1st they didn't show I called twice they let me know on second call at 4pm they weren't going to make it till next day on July 2nd the technician showed up and confirmed the water accumulation took out some water was here like 30 minutes asked for payment and told Mr. the Ac system is not working because it needs to completely dry off it might take 1 to 2 days let it run so it can start working again. Waited and the Ac still not working called a handyman and he came through the ducts he stuck in a hose and found a lot of water accumulated in the ac and ducts expelled all that water as soon as he got that water out the Ac started working no need to wait 1 to 2 days for it to dry like the licensed experts on Ac told me. I called and complained they told me they couldn't refund all my money but that they were sending me 70.00 dollars in a couple days by mail nothing has been refunded as of 07/26/22. Resolution Sought I would like a complete refund. As I stated to them when I called the service they provide could be compared to me taking in a vehicle to a dealership service department to fix it because it's not working, then having a technician look at it give back to me and telling me there's nothing wrong with the car just have to wait until the car feels like it wants to work again.
