I ordered a stem cap on Nov. 24,2022. I still haven't received it. I email this company three times. They said it was a shipping delay and to give them 2 weeks. Well,3 weeks went by. I emailed them again(took a week and a half to respond) they said it was on back order and they will send next batch. This was a month ago! I email a few days ago asking g for a refund with no response as of yet. People on social media are saying the same thing about this company. Some never got their item. Resolution Sought Refund
