I placed an order on October 29th, 2023 for the "Tisha Dress". On November 16th 2023, I emailed After5 because I had not received the product I ordered. I received an email on November 16th, 2023 stating that they were experiencing delays and that I would receive an email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours. Then I received another email from After5 on November 19th stating that my order "went order out yesterday, I should see an update between now and Monday". As of December 1st, 2023 I still had not received my order, so I followed up with another email requesting the status of shipment. I received a response from After5 on Dec 4th, 2023 informing me that "remaining orders will be updated by Tuesday" which would have been Tuesday, December 5th, 2023. To date, I have not received my order. Also, when I track the order, via USPS, from the option provided at the After5 website, it states that it's a "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item, November 3, 2023". So there has been no movement nor update on this item, on the USPS website, since November 3. Fyi, the USPS tracking number is: 420080969300110944102590958370. there has been no update nor movement on my package. To summarize I sent an email to After5 on November 16th, December 1 and 4th and to date I still have not received what I ordered and the item is already paid for. I've placed numerous orders with this company in the past and have never had this experience but customer service and factual communication is key to ma Resolution Sought A refund.
