ON July 15, 2022 Larry Gordon and his crew poured concrete for a patio in our back yard. Prior to pouring concrete we were told it would be 4 inches of concrete and we wanted in the ground as agreed. Different molding was used throughout. I was flying out of state for work that day and wanted to pay them before I had to leave. When I returned from my trip, I noticed the patio was more than an inch out of the ground and the height was different from one end to the other. It looked like the patio was going down hill. He promised he would fix the issue. We constantly got excuses for why the corrections weren't made in a timely manner. Finally in November he came to add concrete to level the patio. The day he was finishing he left without letting me know if he was done. I came out to the back yard and it appeared he hadn't finished but it was dark. The next morning we could see how bad it was as far as there were hilly areas and we saw cracks. A few days later my son walked out on the patio and the concrete cracked up into pieces. We have areas where there are puddles that wet your feet when you walk out on the patio. Later this month another area started to crack into pieces. What worse is the day he left my house, he left his cord plugged in my house and left my gate open. When I called to ask why he left without telling me he gave excuses like the previous 5 months. One of the guys asked if he was coming back and he said no. I tried to call him but he blocked our calls. Resolution Sought We want a total refund. We will likely have to hire a professional service to correct his work. I had two contractors come out and one said the best thing would be to bust up all the concrete and re poor the concrete. The time it took to do this job was painful. Constant excuses. We patio furniture we have never been able to use. I've sat and waited several Saturdays and he didn't show up and my plans were derailed. We have not been Able to enjoy the patio during the summer or winter.

We would like to fix the problem. We don't have a problem in fixing it. If it takes the refund to rectify, I will not contest. I've lost a great deal of money on this job. Let's get it settled. Been sick sorry for the delay.
