The sales person neglected to tell me it was preventative services only.

First thing is first, the person who sold me a misleading medical coverage plan neglected to tell me that it was preventative services only. Then when I finally get everything straightened out (or so I thought) they had a smooth talker say he was setting me up with something better and actually what I needed. Needless to say they never enrolled me. Every time I call they don't know what is going on, they have no record of anyone setting me up for a medical coverage. And keep giving me the run around and saying a supervisor will call me back..yet here I am 2 days later no call back nothing. I am done with AGENTRA. They made it sound like I had such a good coverage and they were doing me some favor, well they didn't. Now I am without medical coverage for me and my son because I listened to these hacks. They definitely need to go back to being used car salesman, because that's what they do. They gave me a refund already...all I wanted was my health coverage for me and my son...I guess that's too much to ask for!!
