I was told that my daughter was still on my policy at the age of 27 and suppose to been off my policy at the age of 25 and they didn't take her off. The person I talked to when she was 25 sent me a paper to fill out. I fill it out and sent it back and they say it was the wrong paper. How would I know what was wrong or right?! They're the ones who sent it to me! They emailed me another form to fill out to requested remove the child term rider. Saying that I only paid 258.00 for those 2 years over. Now they refuse to give it to me. I been in this insurance for 27 years. I just want my refund that they promised me. I can tell you a lot more but it don't have a lot of space for me to write in everything. This is not fair. Resolution Sought To give me my refund that they promised me. That the only reason I fill out the requested remove the child term rider to get my refund.

This company claimed my policy was canceled, spammed my phone telling me it was canceled, and then charged my bank account anyway causing an overdraft fee. Now they're ignoring me requesting my money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back, and I want them to never contact me again. I want nothing to do with their company.
