Myself, my wife, 2 sons ages 3-5 and mother in law were on a flight with Brussels airline on March 12th-13th 2020 from Ghana accra to Warsaw Poland. As I was speaking with the flight attendant with the dark brown hair, the other male flight attendant who my mother in law previously asked for help came from behind me and punched me in my face. I then jumped over my seat in order to get to the aisle so that I could address this flight attendant who just punched me in the face. While trying to get to the flight attendant who punched me, I was then grabbed by 4 to 5 male passengers. These passengers were holding me. We have been trying to reach out to AIG for 3 years about an attack that took place on a plane. AIG is the insurer for the airline where this attack took place. AIG have been trying to pretend that this attack never took place. I want to speak with a decision maker from AIG so that we can get the names of the people who assaulted me. I also want copies of the witness statements from the people that the airline took statements from. I want the names of the plane staff members who assaulted me. I have called AIG on more than 30 occasions and after I presented AIG with the proof of my attack, all of the representatives told me that they are not allowed to speak with me and that they have been directed to hang up on me. And they just hang up on me. We as a family are still struggling and suffering from this attack and I am still suffering as a result of my broken ribs. Resolution Sought Payment for trauma counseling that we have yet to receive from this traumatic incident because we have been unable to pay for it .

As an initial matter, we note that this claim has been resolved. On December 16, 2024, payment was issued via wire transfer to Mr. Nottage's bank account in the amount of $1,956.25, for the cost of the cost of Mr. Nottage's unused flight under the Trip Interruption benefit and in the amount of $289.00, for medical expenses incurred due to the injury under the Medical Expense benefit.

This is a pension/annuity account that was my mom's. Usually the check would be deposited in my account but I had to close my account due to it being compromised. I called the company in January to let them know to mail all future checks to my address. I get checks quarterly and it took them until May to mail my January check. Now they are not mailing my June 26th check telling me they have escalated it and I've been calling every week. I have another check due next week and of course I'll have a problem with that to. I spoke with supervisor Christine ID #61-0061 on 8/5 and I called today and they said nothing has happened with my claim since August 1st. Resolution Sought I would like this company to mail out my checks on time, without having this incompetence. All I want is my checks mailed. I have 2 more years of checks to go and I do not want to continue to allow this company to hold my money.
