I purchased 4 new tires from them and they are under warranty. I took my car back to have the tires rotated and my right rear tire was destroyed. They charged me full price of the tire even though it was under their warranty and did not obey their warranty that came with the new tires. I went back to have another rotation and asked about my refund and the woman basically dismissed my question by saying they hadn't heard anything. What is the point of any warranty if it isn't being acknowledged. I am treated wrongly by her making me feel like i am pestering her by trying to get my money reimbursed. I now have a complete negative opinion of the shop and the National brand tire company that made the faulty tire to begin with. I want reimbursed for the tires and an apology from the inconsiderate employee. I drove 75 miles an hour on I -20 with my mother in my car with 1 tire that was 100 dangerous and 3 other unpredictable tires. The outcome could have been devastating. I am quite angry with the ignorance of Aiken Discount Tire. Do they even care about their customers? It certainly doesn't seem like it. I have pictures to justify how dangerous it was to drive with the tires they put on my car. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for the cost of the tires when i bought them new, reimbursed for the extra tire purchased during warranty, and something towards my time and aggravation.

Company states: The customer purchased 4 tires November 2020. She brought vehicle back February 2021 to have tires rotated and again June 2021. In June 2021 Pass/Rear tire was replaced, tire was missing a section in the tire. She did pay for the tire that was replaced. Aiken Discount Tire sent tire back to our distributor NTW and filed a warranty claim. If anyone made her feel that she was pestering anyone, she wasn't. We are trying to give everyone the best possible experience when visiting our store. We will reimburse the customer for the replacement tire of $137.00.
