I ordered my stickers from Akins as per city needless to say I then revive a notice for my landlord he owes a bill. Since I had just moved in to the home 4 months prior an never had a problem with my first order I call only to be told they took my money for my land lords bill. I've already informed him about the bill and he said it was taken care of but never the less how can they take my money for his bill? According to there online site there is no reference to a bill at this address for me to know about the bill so without my knowledge my money is taken for the bill. When I asked Akins about it they said it's new castle that made the contract so it's my problem. Resolution Sought Send me my stickers so my trash can be picked up. I paid for my service being on SSI means people can rip me off my next step is Pittsburgh news station.

I have a garbage service that requires you to put stickers on your trash. My stickers came and they were wet so they ripped and they refused to pick up our trash. Someone needs to do something about this company. It's a terrible company and you do not even have a choice but to use them!! They are extremely rude as well especially the one lady Resolution Sought Pick up my trash!!!!
