They need to be investigated and learn how to take care of their tenants.
On several occasions I have not received bills from them causing me late fees and such, I have called pnm to ask and they confirmed the bill was sent to them with no return mail. Every time I try and call to ask a question they are absolutely rude to me very short and will not answer my questions and tell me I have to figure it out myself! This is ridiculous!
