Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I placed an order online this morning. An hour later I cancel the order through the companies support email on their website. A company rep named Lisa Responded to my email stating the cannot cancel the order because the product is in route. That was a lie; I looked the UPS tracking number and it shows there has only been a label created and that UPS does not have the package. I found many online reviews stating that this company will do this to people and only refund them 60 of their purchase price if they return items even in brand new condition. I have proof in email that can show the company rep lied to me and that the items have not even been picked up by UPS. Also, almost all reviews online show this company is engaged in unethical business practices. They state their products are made from materials they are not and when you return items they give you a different address than is on their website. Resolution Sought Cancel the order and refund me in full
