We spent $10 k on our anniversary trip abroad. A once in a lifetime trip and to make sure things ran smoothly we carried on our luggage. Air Flight attendants couldn't find room in their overhead bins for our luggage and so they took them off our flight and gave us two tickets for baggage claim. When we got to our destination our bags were not there, nor had they ever been logged in the system. Many others have lost luggage through air Canada and there is no way to talk to anyone. Instead they say to just look online to track your luggage. They can't be allowed to operate with such negligence. It's not like our bags are delayed, they have no record of them and no plan to get them back to us. We are stuck in Greece for two weeks with no luggage, no medicine, and no accountability from the airline. Our names and phone numbers are on the bags so it's not like a huge effort for someone to just call us so that we can get them back. Resolution Sought I need me luggage immediately. I need someone from the airline to call us with a plan for how they will get it back to us.
