Vin verification is a required step in titling a car in Colorado. However the locations listed on the dmv website are inadequately trained for this process. After spending 120$ getting my car delivered to air care Colorado I was told my vin could not be verified and offered nothing to remedy my situation. I cannot use, drive, or sell my car without this service air cares incompetence has cost me time, money, and and stress and does not deserve to advertise itself as a quality business. Resolution Sought No longer advertise that they can perform vin verification checks, and refund the $120 it cost to get my vehicle towed to this location for a service they fraudulently advertised that they could perform.
